At Durrants we pride ourselves on our customer service and from the moment you join us you'll know we do things differently.

Delivering outstanding customer service is part of Durrants' culture and with over a 100 years' experience, we understand the value of good client support.

We have an experienced and responsive client services team who work in small, sector specific teams. This means that your account manager will not only be familiar with your account, but also have a clear view of your industry, making them a valuable resource. In addition, the team structure means that there will always be someone, knowledgeable about your sector, able to help.

Our Account Managers are in the office from 7am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday, ready to help you with your account. We also provide all clients with an emergency contact, available 24/7, for crisis situations.
