Summary:

1. Durrants will provide the Services to the Client with all reasonable care and skill according to the order confirmation provided by Durrants.
2. The charges for the Services shall be as set out in Durrants' order confirmation.
3. Durrants may vary the amount of any charges upon giving 1 month's notice.
4. All charges should be paid by the Client within 21 days of the invoice.
5. Durrants cannot guarantee that the information provided will be complete, accurate or fit for the Client's purposes.
6. Durrants will only be liable to the Client for direct loss caused by its negligence or deliberate misconduct or deliberate default.
7. Durrants will not be liable for any loss that is indirect, incidental, consequential or otherwise not reasonably foreseeable.
8. Any changes or additions to the Terms and Conditions must be agreed in writing by Durrants.

Durrants have signed up to eClips. This means that we will soon be able to provide all your national coverage, including News International titles (like The Sun and The Times) in full colour.

We are updating Durrants Plan's journalist database. Once complete, we will offer journalist contact data from all European countries, as required.
