Summary:
- Durrants will provide the Services to the Client with all reasonable care and skill according to the order confirmation provided by Durrants.
- The charges for the Services shall be as set out in Durrants' order confirmation.
- Durrants may vary the amount of any charges upon giving 1 month's notice.
- All charges should be paid by the Client within 30 days of the invoice.
- Durrants cannot guarantee that the information provided will be complete, accurate or fit for the Client's purposes.
- Durrants will only be liable to the Client for direct loss caused by its negligence or deliberate misconduct or deliberate default.
- Durrants will not be liable for any loss that is indirect, incidental, consequential or otherwise not reasonably foreseeable.
- Any changes or additions to the Terms and Conditions must be agreed in writing by Durrants.
- Durrants is not responsible for provision of copyright licenses. The Client must obtain the relevant copyright licenses in order to receive coverage. Durrants is obligated to provide the relevant copyright organisation with the Client’s contact details and certain additional information.

Clicking on this globe will take you to the actual webpage so you can read the article in its original context. However, clicking on the headline will take you through to the text version as usual. We hope you will find this additional functionality useful.
